Try this yourself

Add an inconsistent label for one low-moisture example. Compare how shallow and deep trees react.

Check your understanding

A shallow tree may ignore the isolated exception while a deeper tree can split around it. Evaluate which behavior generalises rather than assuming either is correct.

A mistake to avoid

Feature importance from a tree is not proof of causal influence. Correlated features and data composition affect the result.

Before looking at the answer, write a short explanation and one example of your own. Finish by naming one limitation of the method. Use Mark as read when you are ready, or return to the previous lesson if a term is unclear.
