02 Math & Data Foundations · 2 hours
Linear algebra intuition, probability, statistics, the data lifecycle, overfitting and underfitting. Explore missing values, distributions and dataset splits.
03 Core Machine Learning · 4 hours
Supervised and unsupervised learning, ensemble methods, evaluation and the bias–variance trade-off. Walk through classification and clustering.
04 Neural Networks & Deep Learning · 2.5 hours
Perceptrons, multilayer networks, backpropagation, loss functions and CNN/RNN intuition. Explore how network settings change training.
05 How LLMs Actually Work · 3 hours
Attention, transformers, pretraining, fine-tuning, RLHF, scaling, context windows and hallucinations. Compare model outputs using these concepts.
06 Responsible & Industry-Ready AI · 1.5 hours
Fairness, explainability, privacy, regulation and an AI career roadmap. Prepare to move into applied generative AI.
